User Conditions

Registering on the platform, compiling with the etiquette rules, participation conditions and the related agreements are necessary preconditions in order to be a part of the Open Innovation Project Steyr 2030.                                                                     

Copy right and legal rights of use

All participants expressly acknowledge and are solely liable for the origin of the material and data published by them, and/or that they have the right to transfer those rights or concede the rights of legal use without offending third parties. Included are copy rights, photos, logos, trademarks, names and property rights.

The participant is obliged in the event of a claim to indemnify, TIC Steyr GmbH, Stadtgut A1, 4407 Steyr-Gleink in all respects.

Publishing of contributions

Whoever is active on the platform agrees that their contributions are made available to all the participants of Steyr 2030.

a contribution can be edited or deleted by the administrators without declaration of any reasons (see in EtiquetteNiceguy-delines).
they should not demand or receive any fees or salaries for their contributions.

Data Privacy

Personal data that is provided in connection with contributions will only be used for administrative purposes. Gathering and saving of personal data will be undertaken in compliance with the law, taking into consideration all the basic rights, freedoms and dignity of the individual.  In particular in terms of personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Personal data is handled carefully and confidentially and will not be disclosed to any third parties. The deletion of personal data can be requested at any time.

Disclaimer of Liability

TIC Steyr GmbH disclaims any liability for wrong or false posts, regardless of whether they were created by participants or due to technical problems or human error.

TIC Steyr GmbH is not liable for the accuracy, liability, completeness, usefulness or the quality of any contributions being made.

TIC Steyr GmbH is not liable for any of the content of external links, and does not adopt the contents of external links as its own.

Other matters

The participation in Steyr 2030 is based upon Austrian Law.

Place of jurisdiction is Steyr.

The TIC Steyr GmbH has the right to modify the conditions of participation anytime without advance notice or to end, pause or interrupt the process or adoption of liability without giving further notice of the reasons thereof.
